Todo bien salvo la compañia de transporte que no informa en que estado esta el pedido ni tampoco te dice ni el dia ni la franja horaria en la que lo recibiras.

Este último pedido ha tardado más de la cuenta, y uno de los productos, los discos de lactancia , están defectuosos las dos cajas que compre. Es verdad que es la primera vez que me pasa.. RESPUESTA: Buenas tardes. El puente de diciembre ha complicado bastante las entregas en general, y se han retrasado sobre todo las entregas económicas. Por favor ponte en contacto con nosotros para ver de qué discos de lactancia se trata y tramitar el cambio. Gracias y disculpa las molestias.

Experiencia muy gratificante. Saben humanizar algo tan "frio" como una venta de farmacia online. Ofrecen asesoramiento, seguimiento continuo del pedido. Y cuidan muy bien los detalles, la nota manuscrita agradeciendo la compra desde luego que dice mucho del cuidado que quieren ofrecer al cliente. El detalle de la piruleta es encantador (aunque yo a mi hija intento evitarle este tipo de productos). \nDesde luego que volveré a repetir (una pena que este orientado solo a productos de bebé y embarazo.
