Me llamaron para asegurar la dirección de envío, el cual me llegó en 24 horas. La única crítica constructiva que puedo hacer ( y es de tinte ecológico) es que el paquete era demasiado grande y venía con muchísimos plásticos de burbujitas que a mi entender eran completamente innecesario al tratarse mi pedido de una lata de metal.

Aunque el servicio de paquetería funciona muy bien, nos hemos encontrado en ocasiones que las latas de metal llegan abiertas, perdiéndose de este modo parte del contenido, y llegando a manchar.
Intentamos que esto no suceda, y por ello tratamos de proteger al máximo cada envío.
Nos alegra que tu experiencia haya sido positiva.

La cera me encanta su toque a talco ,pero a cuánto pedido no estoy de conforme en cuanto al pedido ,yo pedí dos cajas grandes y no 4 pequeños son más incómodos a la hora de utilizar y como mínimo creo q deberían de consultarme lo antes
