El envío llegó muy rápido. En seguida se pusieron en contacto conmigo porque no podían entregar el pedido completo. Me dieron alternativas entre las que estaba devolver parte del dinero pagado. Elegí esa y en un día tenía el dinero de vuelta en mi cuenta.

Estoy muy satisfecha tanto con el producto como por la rapidez y calidad del servicio de Las Auténticas. Hice un pedido de 2 sprays Fleur en color azul Trendsetter. Al poco rato me llamaron para decirme que sólo les quedaba uno. Me dieron opción de elegir otro color o de que me reembolsaran parte del dinero. Al día siguiente tenía en casa el pedido y la devolución de la diferencia en mi cuenta. Sin duda volveré a comprar en esta tienda.
