Debería indicar las dificultades para la devolución de un artículo así como aparecer en la web una guía de tallas.

En el pie de página de la web principal puedes encontrar toda la información que solicitas, tallas, envíos y devoluciones etc, deberías de haber mirado bien!!

Por otro lado, no hay dificultades en devolver un artículo, lo único que tiene es el costes de los gastos de envíos, como es lógico y como pasa en cualquier negocio del mundo, para hacer un cambio tienes que llevar el producto a la tienda, si no quieres desplazarte pues pagas los portes, es de lógica, no dificultad

Pongo solo 2 estrellas en atencion al cliente,porque a pesar de haber dado respuesta en breve periodo de tiempo y demas a mis correos. El pack de delantal y gorro deje bien claro en los correos que lo queria blanco y me ha sido enviado el gorro negro y el delantal blanco

El tallaje ea horrible, pedí una xl de mujer y no vale ni a quien use una talla menos...por lo q como no lo descambian, no me sirve para nada, gasto inútil. Y pedí una talla xxl de hombre y creo q es demasiado grande a si que deberían poner comparativa de tallas en cm para hacernos una idea ya q no se puede descambiar por otra talla. Nunca me había pasado esto comprando por internet. Estaría bien que lo arreglaran xq mi compra ha sido inútil.

Sentimos mucho las molestias causadas, pero sus comentarios no se corresponden a la realidad.

En primer lugar, hacemos cambios de los productos no personalizados siendo el cliente el encargado de abonar los portes, como casi todas las tiendas on line, (como corresponde por ley) nuestros precios están muy ajustados y no podemos permitirnos pagar los portes de los cambios, de ahí a que el 98 % de nuestros comentarios sean positivos
