Buenos días,
Lamentamos que 1 de las 6 placas que compró no haya sido de su agrado.
Como puede leer en las características de nuestras placas al estar hechas de madera artesanal pueden tener variaciones en el tono de los colores o diferencias en los accesorios que llevan algunas de estas placas.
Cuando recibimos un modelo nuevo de placa le hacemos una foto y la subimos a la web pero es posible que unos meses más tarde al recibir nuevamente ese modelo el color de un lazo cambie o el tono del color de fondo sea más claro o más oscuro. Esto es inevitable al trabajar con placas acabadas a mano y es uno de los factores que nuestros clientes buscan en nuestras placas.
