Bonjour.Le colis devait être livré ce matin par GLS. J'attendais la livraison à proximité de la porte d'entrée mais le chauffeur n'a pas sonné.J'ai reçu à 11h16' me disant que le chauffeur a sonné, ce qui est FAUX.
Regrettable, vraiment, aucun sérieux au niveau de GLS.
