Hola, el servicio y rapidez es excelente por la web. Sin embargo el material del que esta hecha la funda hace bolas en menos de una semana. Según el fabricante no hay un error en la partida - pero con el roce en menos de unos dias hace bolas por toda la tela.

Por lo que se me respondio es algo "normal", mi consejo es no coger ningun color claro para evitar este problema. No otra solución se ha propuesto.

Sentimos que se haya producido un desperfecto en tu funda. Desde el dpto de calidad, nos han asegurado que por el roce en algunos materiales, se pueden producir desperfectos en las fundas, no es una cosa típica, pero al fin y al cabo es un tejido, puede ocurrir.
