No necesitamos ponernos en contacto con la empresa porque todo fue bien. Tardaron en llegar unos 3 días, lo que prometen. Y vinieron en su caja y cada funda protegida con fundas de plástico individuales.

Las fundas están bien en general. La tela algo rasposa, pero supongo que con el tiempo se harán más suaves.
Tuvimos que guerrear bastante para acoplarlas bien a los sillones relax que tenemos en casa, pero al final se colocaron, aunque es cierto que algunas partes vienen algo justas, y con algún movimiento se suelta. Creo que cuando cojan holgura se adaptarán mejor.
En cuanto a la calidad, con el tiempo lo veremos.
En general estamos contentos, puesto que los nuestros son de piel y se estaban despellejando completamente, y estaban feísimos.
Visualmente ha modificado la visión al entrar a casa y verlos. Nosotros escogimos el color marrón claro.

Muy descontento, indican que el material es chenilla y no lo es, de tacto nada agradable. He recibido dos cubre brazos con bolsa portaobjetos que no es lo publicitado, indican solo una, falta las Espumas para fijarla y la fijación trasera es inservible.
No lo recomendaré

Se trata de un producto de tejido "chenilla" con composición 25% poliéster, 25% algodón, 50% acrílico. Tal y como se indica en la pestaña de más información, el salvasofá contiene: - 1 Cubre Chaise Longue.
- 3 Cubre-brazos (55 x 100 cm.) y 1 con Bolsillo lateral para guardar revistas, mandos ....
- 3 Espumas de Sujección.

Si las espumas no las has recibido, te rogamos que nos mandes fotos sobre el contenido del producto, ya que debería de incluir 3 espumas, al correo [email protected]

Excelente ajuste al sofá. Variedad de colores aceptable. Entrega rápida y segura.
El precio es económico dado el servicio que brinda (protección de un mueble costoso), y sin deslucir el ambiente, porque se ve muy bien, no como otras fundas que se ven baratas y de mala calidad. Muy satisfecho con la compra.
