El envío siempre ha sido correcto pero la atención al cliente regular ya q me paso una incidencia y no me dieron una solución satisfactoria sino q me quedara con la funda q compre aunq no me sirviera y q comprara otra . Porq no estaba deacuerdo q me cobraran por hacerme una devolución casi lo mismo q me había costado la funda . Fatal !!

Pues esta última vez muy descontenta porq me equivoqué de elegir la medida de la funda para el sofá y nada más quería hacer un cambio de medida y me hacían pagar casi lo mismo q me costó la funda . Y me sugerían comprar otra funda en vez de hacerme el cambio . Así q muy muy descontenta . Y han perdido una clienta porq yo anteriormente compré otra funda.

Al ser una equivocación por parte del cliente, el mismo debe de acarear los costes que se ocasionan durante el transporte de ida y vuelta.
