Boa tarde....venho por este meio enviar a minha opinião acerca da vossa loja, mas fiquem sabendo que do vosso serviço não gostei. Já vos enviei um email à umas semanas a dizer que tinha tido um problema com o artigo e não tive resposta da vossa parte. Encomendei um artigo, e quando chegou reparei que não era o indicado para o meu sofá. Contactei convosco através do email a perguntar se havia possibilidade de troca e até agora nada. Será possível trocar o artigo?

colis bien emballé et bien reçu. Nous n'avions pas compris que le délai de fabrication était un peu long. Mais quand nous nous sommes renseignés par mail, une réponse nous a été faite immédiatement pour nous informer. Donc, le suivi est irréprochable.
