Todo muy bien , lo unico que me mandaste un pedido y he pagado dos gastos de envios a baleares( bastantes altos, ya que por el resto de españa es gratis, tendrian que ser un pocp mas baratos para baleares no a precio entero! )
Cuando llame a el servicio clientes me habeis contestado que ya habia pagado dos gastos de envio y ya no se podian devolver.

Me ha sabido muy mal, no volvere a comprar en vuestra tienda

Ho acquistato un copri divano angolare, il prodotto è ottimo, colore identico alle foto, aderisce perfettamente e resta fermo e ben fissato, abbastanza pratico da infilare se pur io abbia in divano molto grande .

Falta que pregunten si hubo devolución, en este caso sí. Estoy muy descontenta ya que me aseguraron que me devolverían también los gastos de envío si el motivo de la devolución era fallo de Maxifundas, así fue y no me devolvieron los gastos. No son serios como empresa!

Le produit correspond à mes attentes et est d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. J'ai été par contre peu satisfaite de la communication de l'entreprise; j'ai reçu deux réponses contradictoires après avoir envoyé une photo de mon canapé et demandé un avis sur la housse qui conviendrait le mieux. Le délai de livraison a été beaucoup plus long qu'annoncé et j'ai deux fois dû demander des informations à l'entreprise concernant la date de livraison.

Nous avons examiné votre cas et avons assisté à des conversations avec vous par courrier électronique. Nous avons indiqué qu'aucune housse de canapé n'était compatible avec votre canapé car sa forme était très irrégulière.

Quoi qu’il en soit, nous vous avons dit que vous pourriez essayer une couverture Chester et que si elle ne vous convenait pas, nous procéderions au remboursement et à l’argent.
