la livraisons s'est très bien passé bonne communication et respect des horaire. En revanche grosse déception entre la commande et l'attente de la livraison qui n'était pas indiquée au départ: plus d'un mois d'attente pour être livrée.

J'ai commandé une housse maxifundas rouge pour un grand canapé avec méridienne. Je suis ravie du produit qui recouvre complètement et parfaitement ce grand mobilier, qui était très abîmé et lui donne une seconde vie. Le produit est bien élastique et de qualité. Néanmoins il faut prendre le temps pour bien le poser. Le seul bémol: le délai de livraison qui n'est pas indiqué lors de la command:, j'ai attendu plus d'un mois. Cependant l'équipe de Maxifundas a su répondre assez rapidement à mes questions suite à cette attente conséquente. Produit que je recommande

La compañía de paquetería escogida por la empresa no quiso traerme el paquete a casa por lo que en ese sentido no estoy satisfecha. A parte, en mi opinión tardan muchos días en preparar el envío. La funda estupenda, me gusta mucho.

La empresa de mensajería normalmente hace los pedidos a domicilio a no ser que no se encuentre en su casa durante el tiempo de ruta del transportista. Tenga en cuenta que tal y como especificamos en la información de envío, hay ciertos productos que se fabrican sobre pedido y por ello tardan un poco más de lo normal. Sentimos las molestias ocasionadas.
