La mejor prueba de que estoy satisfecha con el producto es que al poco tiempo de haber recibido la primera pedí una segunda. En ambos casos los pedidos llegaron a los pocos días, las fundas son muy fáciles de poner y se adaptan muy bien a los sofás.

Servicio excelente y rápido. He de decir que las fundas son perfectas en cuanto a medida y calidad. Tan sólo una pequeña observación, al menos en mi caso, retienen mucha electricidad estática, que no se nota durante el uso pero sí al poner y quitar.

délais trop long pour que les colis quitte le dépôt j ai attendu 1 mois et demi . surtout qu on nous donne aucun délais et aucune nouvelle a partir du moment ou nous passons la commande.heureusement que le service clientèle réponde bien a nos mail.une fois parti de chez eux la livraison a été très rapide.

Estoy bastante descontenta con la última compra, en lo que se refiere al envío y a la atención al cliente. Hice el pedido el día 4 de diciembre, y el 23 de diciembre, como todavía no lo había recibido me puse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente, en donde me indicaron, de no muy buenas maneras, que ellos tenía un plazo de 15 días hábiles para recibir la mercancía y que después ya me la enviaban. Recibimos el pedido el 4 de enero-.
Habíamos hecho pedidos anteriores, que habíamos recibido en el plazo de 3 días, y en esta ocasión esperamos 1 mes entero. No es lo que se indica en la web, en donde el plazo máximo es de 10-12 días laborables.

He revisado, y tuvimos una rotura de stock con el producto solicitado. Se tuvo que fabricar una nueva partida y de ahí el retraso en la entrega.
