El tiempo de envío no viene en lugar visible en la web, ni te informan del mismo al hacer el pedido. En mi caso tardaron catorce dias laborables. Dos mas del maximo que me dijeron en atencion al cliente. Con quienes me comuniqué al no recibir las fundas en las 24, 48 horas que vi en la página y me informarin que mis fundas eran de los modelos q tardaban 10 o 12 días.
Luego al pasar el plazo máximo dado y no saber nada, llamé para ver en que punto del proceso se encontraba y me dijeron q me llamarian en un rato, para informarme, no lo hicieron. Tuve q volver a llamar al día siguiente.

Lo dicho en el otro comentario, altamente recomendable para gente con mascotas. Mis dos gatos no logran hacer mella en la tela y eso era lo que más me preocupaba. Ya llevo unas semanas de prueba y sigue intacta, a pesar de sus uñas. El color es precioso, no desmerece del de la foto y prácticamente no se mueven de la posición (a pesar de que no llevan gomas ni nada, es como un mantel grande). Muy satisfecha del producto

Estoy muy satisfecha con las fundas que compré; se adaptan muy bien, tienen un color muy bonito (más bonito que en la foto) y -lo mejor- tengo dos gatos que pasan media vida en los sofás y , a pesar de eso, siguen intactas; es como si sus uñas resbalasen en esta tela, no la dañan. Lo recomiendo absolutamente para gente con mascotas (sobre todo gatunas). Ah! El envío, más rápido imposible, creo que unos dos días en llegar. Y la chica que me atendió por teléfono muy, muy amable; gracias a ella di con el tamaño adecuado para mis sofás. Repetiré compra seguro!

La verdad que tenía mis dudas de que el salva sofá para el chaise longuera quedara a mi gusto y cuando se lo he puesto me he quedado sorprendida. Ha sido todo un éxito. Me encanta cómo queda y eso que soy un poco exigente en este tema. No había encontrado ninguno a mi gusto. Lo recomiendo.
