El pedido estaba correcto, pero pagando 7 euros y pico de envío, me parece que ha tardado demasiado.

Answer Maxicovers
Los gastos de envio son 7 euros para todos los pedidos que no lleguen a superar los 50€. El pagar portes no agiliza el envio. En tu caso la funda que pediste es de confección especial bajo pedido y tiene un plazo de entrega de 10-12 dias laborables.
Tu pedido pasó a almacén el dia 2 de mayo y se te entregó el 5 de mayo. Mucho antes del plazo máximo de entrega.

Hola, la funda no me ha gustado, primero creia que tenía una goma rota y me han dicho que no, y estoy intentado devolverla, porque realmente no me queda bien en el sofá.
La página web de la tienda, no viene la opción de devolver el producto. Por lo que estoy esperando una respuesta de como puedo proceder a devolverlo. Siendo una página online, devería tener la opción de devolución, como en todas las páginas online que conozco.
No estoy contenta ni con la página ni con el producto.

Estoy encantanda, en su dia a quien le compré el chaise long me engaño y se le empezo a caer la supuesta piel y esto me ha salvado la vida :) mi sofá parece otro. Se adapta perfectamente, la tela es super elástica y lo tapa completamente, todo perfecto. Rapidez en envío. Muchas gracias.
