Política de devolución nefasta. Te tienes que comunicar por Whatsapp o correo electrónico y te soplan 4,99€ por la devolución (cosa que no pone claramente en ningún lado de su página, siendo además que el envío son 2,99€).

Además, en caso de que venga dañado el producto, solo tienes 24 horas para reportarlo. Si no lo haces, te lo comes con patatas.

P.D.: No vendáis la moto. Casi todas las tiendas online tienen devoluciones gratuitas. Precisamente porque no puedes ver el producto y puedas retractarte en caso de no gustarte.

Buenas tardes Daniel, lamentamos mucho las molestias ocasionadas por la gestión de tu devolución. Hoy a las 13:36 nos has notificado tu solicitud de devolución por mail y a las 14:00 ya la tenías gestionada. Hemos respondido a todas tus solicitudes de información en menos de 1 hora. Esto también lo podías haber realizado por WHATSAPP, llamada o formulario de contacto de la web.
Según nos has informado, has recibido el producto en perfectas condiciones, pero aun así has solicitado la devolución. Sólo en estos casos, es cuando el cliente corre con los gastos de devolución de producto a origen. Si el producto lo hubieras recibido dañado o no funcionase correctamente, la devolución sería gratuita.
Has comprado una olla a presión, es por ello que el importe del envío del producto a origen es 4,99€ , es un importe enormemente competitivo, si vas a cualquier empresa de reparto comprobarás que enviar un paquete de estas dimensiones tiene un importe mucho más elevado.
El importe del envío en las compras de 2,99€ está subvencionado por nuestra parte. Como hemos comentado anteriormente, la entrega en 24 horas de una olla a presión en la península, no tiene un coste de 2,99€. Si podemos ayudarte en alguna otra cosa no dudes en ponerte en contacto.
