OS RECOMIENDO QUE NO COMPREIS A TRAVES DE ESTA TIENDA, ES LAMENTABLE, te venden productos defectuosos, en mi caso una olla exprés que compre por amazon y cuando los devuelves resulta que te dicen que está usado y no te devuelven todo el dinero, mirar las reseñas negativas en Amazon por qué las ocultan para que no se vean no soy el único con este problema solo se ven las reseñas buenas, por qué será?
Por aquí también veréis reseñas por el mismo motivo, increíble como esa tienda pueda estar vendiendo y engañando a la gente.

Irresponsables y cero profesionalidad.

Venden también a través de Miravia y ninguno de los dos se responsabiliza de nada en cuanto a mercancía recibida dañada por un muy mal embalaje.
Pido cambio de la unidad dañada y me dicen que me devuelven el dinero devolviendo todo, pero no es lo que quiero, quiero el cambio de la unidad que llegó dañada. Insisto y siempre responden con el mismo corta-pega. Así en bucle. Se llaman andana.

Por suerte, no devolví ni parte ni todo porque he leído por ahí Googleando que encima te quedas sin producto y sin dinero.

Yo no compré nada dañado ni de segunda.

Compré ese conjunto de ollas a presión Magefesa Prisma. S equivocaron al poner la dirección, pero tres días después de lo previsto, llegó y ya sin novedad. Todo ha ido de acuerdo con lo esperado. Menajeando, funciona muy bien y sus precios, son muy competitivos. Gracias y Saludos.
