Las bisagras son estupendas. De metal en lugar de plástico como las que se me habían roto.
Por poner algún pero, las instrucciones son genéricas con dibujos y cuesta entenderlas. En mi opinión sería mucho más instructivo un vídeo paso a paso.

La atención fue inmejorable. Contacto por WhatsApp y en menos de cinco minutos sabía las partes que debía reemplazar y cuántas necesitaba. En mi caso se trataba de unas bisagras amortiguadores rotas de unos inodoros Roca.

Hola, José María:

Gracias por su opinión. No teníamos noticia de que 1 de las 2 unidades que le enviamos no estuviese completa. Como habrá comprobado vienen de fábrica en bolsas cerradas en las que estas situaciones son poco frecuentes. De todas formas, de haberlo sabido, le hubiésemos enviado la piezas o piezas que le falten, de hecho aún podemos hacerlo. Envíenos por mail la información sobre la pieza que le falta y se la enviaremos en 24 horas.

Lamentando el error y las molestias que le hayamos podido ocasionar, quedamos a la espera de sus instrucciones para completar esa segunda unidad incompleta.

Gracias por compartir su experiencia. Efectivamente su pedido debía haberse entregado el día 17 ó 18 como muy tarde y no lo recibió hasta el 21. Comprobaremos qué ha pasado, y trataremos su caso con el transportista para evitar que se vuelva a repetir. Lamentamos lo ocurrido.
