Servicio de reparto que no cumple con lo que he contratado. Hicieron un intento de entrega y al estar ausente en mi domicilio, me contactaron por teléfono, me ofrecieron dejar el paquete en la puerta y me negué, y me dijeron que harían un segundo intento de entrega al día siguiente. A los 4 minutos ya me había llegado un mensaje informando que si quería el paquete tenía que ir a recogerlo a un punto de "mí" conveniencia, cosa que no entendí, ya que sería realmente un punto de "su" conveniencia. No tengo nada en contra de ustedes, al revés, me atendieron estupendamente, pero sí con la empresa de mensajería que utilizan, Correos Express, ya que utilizan está práctica sistemáticamente, dejan los paquetes en cualquier sitio, incluso sin comunicarlo o te obligan a ir a buscarlos a alguno de sus centros, sin intentar una nueva entrega, a pesar de que indiqué el amplio horario en que yo estaría en el domicilio.

Answer Montessori para todos

Es responsabilidad del cliente realizar seguimiento del envío y por supuesto, estar en casa el día del reparto. Los puntos de entrega son el segundo intento de entrega: te ofrecen la posibilidad de recoger tu pedido en un horario amplio tras no haber estado en tu domicilio y no depender de nuevo de tener que estar en casa al día siguiente. Depende mucho también de la zona en la que vivas y la persona que lleve la ruta.
Lo que sí nos habría gustado es que además de este comentario con tu opinión sobre el transporte, nos dejes también la de tu producto. Si sólo recogemos lo negativo, nuestra tienda no tendría valor. Disfruta mucho de tus materiales! estamos seguras que te darán momentos preciosos de observación.
