hola, muchas gracias por el trato y la fiabilidad, el producto llego genial, un pelín tarde pero bueno ha llegado bien que es lo que importa, en cuanto al embalaje muy bien venia muy protegido, lo pedí el día 29 y me llego el día 10, por lo demás muy bien y tiene buena pinta solo falta probarlo bien pero de momento bien, tiene buena pinta, seguir así, recomiendo pedir, volveré a pedir cuando lo necesite muchas gracias. Para los que dudáis si pedir o no os lo recomiendo, por el momento muy buena tienda y fiable.

Esta página me parece un robo. Hice un pedido el 30 noviembre. Era día 5 diciembre y no sabía nada de ellos. He cancelado el pedido antes de que salga de su almacén, lo que no conlleva ningún coste y sin embargo, me han cobrado una comisión de 3€ y no me han devuelto el importe completo. Me parece un timo y un mal servicio al cliente. No volveré a comprar con ellos.

Si Usted cancela un pedido que se encuentra dentro de plazo, nosotros no podemos asumir la tasa de intercambio bancaria de su pago con tarjeta (0,3%). Este importe nosotros nunca lo recibimos y por tanto no lo podemos devolver, tal y como explicamos en nuestras Condiciones de pago.

Es su responsabilidad leer nuestras condiciones y si no está de acuerdo con ellas no realizar ninguna compra con nosotros.

El importe íntegro sólo se puede devolver en las 24 horas siguientes al pago, éste es el plazo que tenemos para anular una operación. Más allá de eso la devolución es manual, y nosotros no asumimos los gastos de su error o cambio de parecer.

Nosotros nunca le hemos cobrado nada por su cancelación.

Si fuéramos un timo como Usted dice, no llevaríamos los años que llevamos trabajando ni con una media de satisfacción de 4.9 sobre 5.

I made an order 25.11.2025 - exactly 2 weeks ago. The only email I received 28.11.2025 is my order is preparing.
Last week I tried to contact them through email and called multiple times. They never answer on email, on phone it says “we are busy - email us or write on WhatsApp”. On WhatsApp they never reply as well.

They took my money and don’t reply at all. I think I have to go to police

Tras analizar muchas opciones, me decidí por Móvil Planet porque me pareció una empresa seria, ya que pone detallada en su web lo que cumple el terminal, garantía y demás.
El seguimiento del pedido fue correcto, informando por correo de cada fase que avanzaba, y la entrega se produjo en fecha (comprometían de 2-7 días y llegó el séptimo día).
El producto original, precintado y funcionando perfectamente. La factura me la pude descargar en la web sin problemas.
En resumen, buena relación calidad precio y buen servicio.

Aunque llevo pocos días con él, es un terminal estupendo. Buenas prestaciones, buena pantalla y mucha fluidez en el manejo.
Aún no he probado a fondo la cámara, pero tiene buena pinta.
