No hemos encontrado ningún pedido ni cuenta de cliente a su nombre.

No obstante, todos nuestros productos en web son nuevos y precintados como se indican siendo desprecintados y activados por el cliente. La garantía de Apple ni ningún otro fabricante cubre defectos estéticos debidos a un mal uso.

A pesar de ello, ofrecemos la posibilidad de recoger el dispositivo y enviarlo nosotros a Apple para que sean ellos mismos quienes den respuesta a cada caso.

Era la primera vez que compraba en esta tienda y durante mucho tiempo dudé si el teléfono sería entregado según lo prometido, porque quería regalárselo a mi esposa por su cumpleaños. Al principio dudé porque tenía un muy buen precio para este terminal, pero al final, les llamé por teléfono y en todo momento atendieron, solventaron mis dudas y a la hora de tramitar el envío todo fue super rápido. De un día para otro me llegó el móvil.
