Muchas gracias por su opinión, Salvador. Hace tiempo se podía comprar el entrenador (en una versión anterior del mismo) en un kit que incluía el alimentador y unos modelos de pics, pero cuando salió la nueva versión eliminamos esa opción, ya que la mayoría de los clientes disponían ya del alimentador, al ser bastante común, y preferían eliminarlo para no encarecer su precio. Es por ese el motivo que ahora la compra es independiente.

el envio ha tenido varios percances, vosotros me avisasteis del primero pero el transportista tuvo problemas posteriormentecon la entrega en correos y no llego cuando deciais en esa segunda ve

Estimado Iñaki,
Sentimos mucho las incidencias con la entrega. Nos ofrecen la opción de que el cliente solicite recogerlo en Correos y a nosotros no nos avisan de las incidencias, únicamente nos dicen que llega al día siguiente y no teníamos noticia de nada más.
Te agradecemos tu opinión y la tendremos en cuenta. Si vemos que este servicio de recogida en Correos no funciona bien, anularemos esa modalidad de entrega para evitar retrasos en los envíos.

Mándanos un email o llámanos por teléfono y nos dices tus datos de cliente y pedido para que te enviemos otro sensor y recojamos el que no te funciona. Lamentamos mucho el inconveniente y esperamos solucionarlo cuanto antes. Esperamos tu respuesta.

Le recomendamos que realicen los envíos con un mejor embalaje ya que en el transporte recibimos la placa dañada. Pero si lo hubieran enviado en una caja hubiera llegado mejor. LA atención de la web para solucionar el problema impecable. Por tanto recomendamos este comercio de forma muy satisfactoria

Sí, lo sentimos mucho Rosario. Contactamos con el repartidor de la empresa de transportes, ya que es la primera vez que le ocurre eso a una tarjeta. Efectivamente nos confirmó que la caja había sido aplastada accidentalmente y por ello se partió la baquelita. Esperamos que no vuelva a ocurrir y que perdones las molestias que te ha ocasionado.

Muy buen complemento para aprender electrónica por tu cuenta o simplemente completar estudios. Como crítica constructiva diría que quizás pondría algo más de teoría... aunque ya te dan la base para después profundizar tú si quieres y que las fórmulas las metería a parte del texto y recuadradas o en una página todas juntas a modo de formulario de referencia.
