La calidad de la alfombra es buena. Es de pelo suave y agradable al tacto. Pedi una muestra antes de comprarla con lo cual acerte al elegir el color.

Al ser una alfombra a medida me sorprendio q en tan solo cuatro dias ya estuviera confeccionada y enviada.

Pero lo que no me gusto fue la empresa de transporte que la mando, Tourline express. La alfombra, de mas de tres metros, estuvo 3 dias dando vueltas con el camion hasta que por fin vinieron en un horario en el que estabamos en casa, previa llamada a mundo alfombra para quejarme de que pasan x casa y no avisan de que vienen. Ni te llaman para saber en que horario entregar la mercancia. Y si los llamas a su delegacion no responden.
Menos mal que la alfombra llego en buen estado y con el empaquetado perfecto, sino me hubiera tocado devolverla.

Muchas gracias por su opinión Carlos. En cuanto a la alfombra, si cuadra todo en producción y taller, podemos conseguir que la alfombra se haga enseguida :-)
En cuanto a la agencia de transportes, ya hemos pasado la reclamación. Le pedimos disculpas por nuestra parte. No todos los repartidores son lo profesional que se debería.
Además, si por cualquier motivo el paquete no hubiera llegado bien, nos encargaríamos de todo y fabricaríamos una nueva. Sería una molestia porque tardaría unos días más en entregarse, pero así es como actuaríamos.

Mi opinión acerca de Mundoalfombra en cuanto a atención al cliente, puntualidad en la entrega, flexibilidad en los tamaños, variedad de estilos... el empleo de lana. Todo me ha encantado. En breve les encargaré otra. Muchas gracias. Puedo decirles que en principio compré una alfombra de un tamaño concreto y al día siguiente vi otra que me pareció más adecuada, llamé por teléfono y me atendieron, muy amables ,me devolvieron el dinero de la primera compra e hice un nuevo pedido sin problema alguno y a los tres días yo tenía mi alfombra en casa estoy muy contenta, muchas gracias.

Estaba buscando una alfombra con unas determinadas medidas. Al entrar en su Web, vi que tenían las medidas que andaba buscando. A partir de ahí todo fue súper fácil. Hice el pedido un domingo por la tarde y en tres días tenia el pedido en mi domicilio. Todo muy sencillo. Tengo muy claro en donde voy a comprar la próxima alfombra.
