La alfombra es muy bonita, tal como se describía, lo único que en la imagen no se veía con flecos y hubiese preferido que no los llevase, pero no ha sido ningún problema. El servicio y la atención excelente.

Mi envío constaba de dos bultos pero uno se extravió y se demoró la entrega. La atención a esta incidencia fue muy satisfactoria hasta que se resolvió el problema.

La tienda envió la alfombra en el plazo previsto, pero la compañía de transporte tardó dos o tres días más en entregarla en mi domicilio, ya que en ningún momento se pusieron en contacto conmigo para saber en qué horario iba a estar en casa, y vinieron dos veces cuando no estaba. Como tampoco contestaban al teléfono llamé a mundoalfombra y se ofrecieron amablemente a ponerse en contacto con ellos, lo cual finalmente no fue necesario.

Muy bien en cuanto a la atención telefónica, servicio de asesoramiento, calidad del producto y plazo de entrega. Hay recorrido de mejora en la navegación por la página web (mayor rapidez en las búsquedas y la navegación) y fotos de mejor calidad. Bien el configurador de medidas de alfombras y precios.
