Todo perfecto, la alfombra es tal y como se ve en la web. El pelo es super suave. Les consulte unas dudas y me lo resolvieron al momento. El trato genial. Y el envío en tiempo, no se ha retrasado. Todo muy bien, lo recomiendo.

El paquete debería ir envuelto o en una caja, no con un plástico que todo el mundo puede ver lo que hay dentro, gracias a eso a la persona que se le iba a regalar ya no le será una sorpresa, tampoco recibí el correo avisando que estaba en entrega por lo que no puede avisar al recepcionista, muy decepcionada con el servicio.

Hola Esperanza, gracias por tu opinión. Lo tenemos en cuenta. Por ahora no tenemos el servicio de empaquetado para regalo, pero lo vamos a valorar. El fepudo va empaquetado en un plástico transparente resistente precisamente para facilitar el trabajo tanto en almacén, como para el transporte y la entrega. Si es para regalo, lo mejor es avisarnos antes, o incluso enviártelo a ti para empaquetarlo como más te guste. Sobre el email con el envío, hemos visto que nosotros lo enviamos el día 15 de diciembre por la tarde, puede ser que a lo mejor lo tuvieras en Spam. Revísalo si puedes por favor. Tomamos en cuenta todas tus observaciones para tenerlo en cuenta en el futuro. Muchas gracias. ¡Felices Fiestas!

Gestión y servicio muy rápido. Lo único que el repartidor dejó el paquete escondido delante de la puerta porque no había nadie en el domicilio. El pedido me salía entregado pero no me di cuenta donde estaba hasta el siguiente día. Seguro que lo hizo para facilitar pero me pareció un poco arriesgado. Por lo demás perfecto y el regalo ha gustado mucho. Un saludo.

Desde luego, si hubiera pasado algo con el paquete lo solucionaríamos enseguida y ya nos pondríamos nosotros en contacto con la agencia. Supongo que el chófer vió que era seguro dejarlo ahi... Pero en fin...son días que van hasta arriba y van demasiado estresados como para pensar con claridad. DIsculpa las molestias. ¡Un abrazo!
