Por parte de mundo alfombra todo perfecto, y la alfombra de gran calidad tal y como me esperaba.
Por parte del transportista fatal, Tourline Express son unos sin vergüenzas. Estuve rastreando el pedido todo el día mientras estaba en estado en reparto que significa que ese mismo día te lo entregan, y sin embargo a eso de las 18:00 de la tarde pasó a estado incidencia indicando que no estaba en casa cuando habían pasado, y que no había cogido al teléfono cuando habían llamado, lo cual era 100% mentira (estuve todo el día en casa esperando al repartidor), al final al día siguiente tuve que ponerme en contacto con Mundo Alfombra para que fueran ellos los que se pusieran en contacto con Tourline Express y obtener alguna explicación, ya que para más inri es imposible que te atiendan en los teléfonos de contacto de Tourline. Ojalá dejáseis de usar Tourline Express como repartidores. Arruinan vuestra gran reputación.

¡Hola Gonzalo! Muchas gracias por su opinión. Nos alegra que le guste la alfombra y nuestro servicio. En cuanto al transporte, hemos pasado el aviso a la agencia a ver qué ha pasado. Lo primero de todo es por nuestra parte pedirle disculpas por las molestias. Por desgracia no podemos tener un transporte totalmente nuestro, que controlemos al 100%. Hemos trabajado con la mayoría de agencias de paquetería, y todas han tenido fallos, al final, nos decidimos por trabajar la mayoría de envíos con ellos. También es verdad que nos preocupamos para que haya el menor tipo de errores o fallos en las entregas, y podemos decir que no llega al 10% de envíos los que se retrasan con la entrega o tienen cualquier otro fallo en el envío. De todos modos, trabajamos y exigimos para reducirlos lo máximo posible. En este caso, lamentamos lo sucedido y exigiremos responsabilidades a la agencia de transportes. Es la segunda alfombra que compramos de la misma serie pero distinto tamaño, están las dos muy cercanas y son perfectas, encajan muy bien. Buena calidad del producto a muy buen precio.
