En relación a mi pedido, me ha resultado muy fácil navegar por la web, así como llevar a cabo el pedido, en un tiempo mínimo y además todo muy claro. La atención al cliente me parece de 10, puesto que en todo momento estamos informados de como va el envío, la verdad es que he quedado muy satisfecha. Enhorabuena!!

Servicio estupendo. Llego muy pronto y en perfecto estado.

En cuanto a la atencion al cliente, si bien no necesite ayuda, si que os ofrecisteis por si necesitara ayuda, cosa que se agradece.

¡Hola Xavier! Gracias por tu comentario. Se trata de un felpudo de coco con base de PVC. Todos estos felpudos se realizan troquelados o cortados, por lo que puede ser que algún pelo del borde se caiga ya que puede estar medio cogido a la base. Pero ya te decimos que la calidad de este felpudo es muy superior a los que hay en el mercado de similares características. La base y la felpa es de más calidad que el resto de felpudos con estos precios. ¡Muchas gracias! Que lo disfrutes. ¡Un saludo!

Compré el felpudo, colgué un instastory con la frase los 20€ mejor invertidos de toda mi puta vida y a los 3 minutos ya tenía mensajes preguntandome dónde la había comprado.
Lo único que cambiaría es que se pudiera elegir un diseño más grande, ya que mi puerta es más grande y quedaría mejor un felpudo mayor. Pero sin duda estoy encantada con mi alfombra. #hastaluegomaricarmen
