En el ultimo pedido realizado comente que la empresa de transporte o bien el repartidor me pusiera un sms diciendo cuando se pasarían a dejarlo, puesto que de lo contrario no encontrarían a nadie en el domicilio. No lo hicieron y tuve que pasar por la empresa a recogerlo. Por lo demás no tengo nada que objetar. Tanto la tienda como la atención al cliente de la tienda me parecen estupendos.

Muchas gracias por su comentario Pedro. Normalmente depende de lo saturados que vayan, la agencia de transportes suele avisar o no. En principio no están obligados, pero seguramente les solucionaría muchas idas y venidas. En cuanto a nosotros, nos alegramos de que todo fuera bien, intentamos hacerlo lo mejor que podemos :-) ¡Un abrazo!

Todo bien excepto que el pedido estuvo parado dos días debido a algún tipo de error. Después de llamar a atención al cliente se solucionó.

El asesoramiento a través de la web fue inmejorable. El producto recibido era el esperado.
El envío tuvo que ser recogido en la sede de la empresa de logística. Si es un poco más grande, tal vez hubiera tenido dificultades para recogerlo.

Muchas gracias David. Como decimos a nuestros clientes, nos gusta atender como nos gustaría que nos atendieran a nosotros. En cuanto a la recogida, a veces por la combinación compensa recogerlo en la propia sede. Pues sí, en este caso se podía llevar en un coche sin problema.
