Antes de realizar la compra hice consulta telefónica y la atención fue excelente. El pedido lo realice online y el envío fue rápido. el producto llegó perfectamente embalado y se ajustaba al tipo de alfombra que buscaba. Relación calidad/precio excelente. Muy satisfecha con la compra.

Decepcionante, pensé que era otra cosa y al verla me parece una alfombra de Cocina. Entiendo que habrá sido mi error, la quería para el pasillo que va al garage y queda fatal . Quizás hubiera que haberla rematado de otra forma . Parece del chino

Hola María, esta alfombra es de tejido plano, es fina, sin pelo, tal y como indicamos en la descripción y se ve en las fotografías. Está tejida con fibra sintética de polipropileno en Bélgica, para que sea lavable y de fácil mantenimiento. Se trata de una alfombra de buena relación calidad/precio. Dudo de que en los chinos pueda encontrar algo así.

Es posible que el acabado perimetral de festón (el que eligió) le guste más o menos, ahí solo podemos hacer una cosa, y es traer de nuevo la alfombra, y hacerle otro tipo de remate, como cenefa de microfibra. Le enviaremos un email con el presupuesto del cambio del remate.

Hemos vendido más unidades de este tipo, y el resto de clientes quedaron satisfechos. Espero que podamos ayudarle para que quede satisfecha también. ¡Muchas gracias!

Hola María, muchas gracias por su comentario. A través de nuestra ficha técnica, descripción y fotos intentamos que el cliente pueda apreciar al máximo lo que está comprando. En este caso, una alfombra de tejido plano sintético, que se puede hacer a medida. Si no hemos conseguido que lo aprecie casi al 100%, intentaremos revisarlo para mejorarlo aún más.
