Atención inmejorable por parte de Antonio, comunicación fluida tanto por mail como por teléfono, las alfombras llegaron en perfecto estado y parecen de buena calidad. Muy contento con la profesionalidad de la empresa. No dudaría en comprarlos nuevamente

Fueron muy rapidos y eficientes, me equivoqué al elegir el color porque la imagen no se correspondia con el color que aparecia, pero la atencion fue buena y aunque tuve que pagar otra. Al devolver la equivocada me devolvieron pronto el dinero, aunque me cobraron los portes de haberla devuelto

¡Hola María! Muchas gracias por tu opinión. Cuándo se selecciona el color de la alfombra y la medida no se tienen por qué corresponder con la imagen. Es debido a la propia plataforma de la página web. Pero tanto en el resumen del pedido, como en los correos de confirmación si que se indica el color de la alfombra que se ha comprado. ¡Lamentamos el error! ¡Muchas gracias por todo María! :-)
