La atención al cliente en el proceso de compra y el plazo de envío han sido muy buenos, pero los artículos que hemos recibido (2 alfombras) no coincidían con lo que pedimos. Encargamos dos alfombras idénticas salvo por las medidas y recibimos dos alfombras de colores diferentes. Lucían el mismo modelo y respetaban las medidas elegidas, pero el color de fondo era diferente. No reclamamos porque nos resultaba engorroso hacer las gestiones necesarias para ello y decidimos quedarnos con ellas.

Hola Maine, gracias por su comentario. Sobre las alfombras que ha recibido, en principio aquí las revisamos antes de enviarlas y comprobamos que eran del mismo lote. Es posible que por la orientación en la que se han colocado las alfombras, una "brille" un poco más que la otra. Otra cosa es que se haya enviado por error una de fondo beig y otra de fondo granate. En cuanto a la reclamación, es suficiente que se ponga en contacto con nosotros por email, para que enviemos de nuevo 2 alfombras, y el transportista recoja en su casa las 2 que se le enviaron en su momento. La alfombra es muy bonita pero está soltando hilos constantemente lo cual nos hace pensar que no va a durarnos mucho tiempo. La apariencia es buena pero el resultado del producto es completamente distinto al qué esperamos. No fué una buena compra.

Hola Ana, muchas gracias por su comentario. Los gastos de envío van relacionados con el tamaño de la alfombra y el control del empaquetado, para que salga de aquí con las mejores garantías. Al final las alfombras tienen volumen, y las agencias de transporte también aplican precios distintos, normalmente a más volumen, más costo.
