Muy satisfecha. El papel y la cola vinieron dentro de una caja de medida exacta igual a los rollos. Los rollos envueltos en papel de seda con la etiqueta de la tienda y la cola en una bolsita de tela ideal. Recibí hasta un chupachups.
Olvidé añadir la cola cuando hice la compra y me mandaron un enlace para que la pudiera pagar aparte sin tener que anular y volver a pedir. El pedido salió aquella misma tarde.

El papel es mucho mejor de lo esperado. Las rayas anchas han quedado geniales. Y no se ven juntas absolutamente nada. Además, es lavable, con lo cual he quitado todos los restos de cola simplemente con una bayeta mojada. Muy contenta con el resultado

Impecable servicio.
Se me olvidó añadir la cola y lo solucionaron rapidísimo dentro del plazo pactado. El papel vino envuelto en papel seda y la cola en una bolsita de tela monísima.
Me pusieron hasta un chupachups de regalo :)
Encantada quedé.
La cola estupenda. Mezclé 40g con 1 litro de agua y me dió para empapelar una pared

Hola pues mi es experiencia con murake no ha sido nada satisfactoria primero con el envío ya q pague x pedido express,y me llegó en 5 días y sin poder comunicarme de ninguna manera .y después tema papel pues fatal ya que es un papel que no solo de hechar la cola ya se veía q no estaba bien se inchaba y al ponerlo en la pared todo era salir bolsas de aire enormes nunca me a pasado nada igual con un papel pintado mucho esfuerzo y no a quedado bien ,no repetiré .

Hola Mari Carmen,

Hemos comprobado que tu pedido se realizó un jueves a las 20:00h. Al hacer la compra después de las 14:00h, el pedido se prepara el día siguiente. El viernes se te envió el paquete. Las empresas de reparto no entregan en fin de semana, por lo que pasan 2 días festivos, siendo el plazo de entrega entre el lunes y el martes. Como se indica en la web, los envíos se realizan en las 24/48h posteriores al pago.

En cuanto a la comunicación, nos has escrito por WhatsApp y obtuviste una respuesta en el mismo día, contestándonos que el problema ya estaba solucionado.

Con respecto a la colocación del papel pintado, es imprescindible seguir las instrucciones de colocación que vienen detalladas en cada rollo de papel pintado. En tu caso, en el modelo CUCUÍ 02 la cola se debe aplicar únicamente en el papel. Los problema de colocación que tuviste se producen cuando no aplicas la cola correctamente. Te recomendamos leer atentamente las instrucciones la próxima vez.

Antes de responder a tu opinión, nos pusimos en contacto contigo por WhatsApp para poder ayudarte y ofrecerte alguna solución, a lo que nos contestaste que ya habías solucionado el problema.
