El servicio de Negrillo está a la altura de los mejores, y con la ventaja del trato con personas y no con máquinas. Tuve un problema con el producto y en dos días estaba solucionado. Sin procedimientos complejos, tan sencillo como comunicarme con ellos (fácilmente, sin tener que rebuscar cómo hacerlo) y me contestaron inmediatamente, con una solución perfecta. Además, el mejor precio que encontré. No es la primera vez que compro, y no será la última.
El portaesquies es muy práctico. La calidad se ve similar a la de otro SnowPack que tenía. Ocupa prácticamente toda la barra transversal, de lado a lado, así que habría que tenerlo en cuenta en coches estrechos.

El servicio está a la altura de los mejores, pero con la ventaja de no tener que hablar con máquinas sino con personas. No es la primera vez que compro, pero esta vez tuve un problema con un producto que tenía un defecto (que es cuando te das cuenta de la importancia de un buen servicio). La solución me la ofrecieron el mismo día, y en dos días estaba todo correcto en mi casa. Gracias y enhorabuena por vuestro servicio.
