Buenas tardes,
Hemos estado revisando conversaciones como usted nos indicaba, y en ningún momento se le ha faltado al respeto, ni ninguna respuesta como las que usted afirma.
El problema del retraso fué que puso mal la dirección y nada mas solucionarlo se lo entregaron.
Si se ha tomado el asunto de esa manera le pedimos disculpas ya que no era nuestra intención.

Las faldas de plástico de goma no se adaptan idealmente al coche y apretar la baca es complicado ya que hay que solo se llega con el lado largo de una allen, además de que las pestañas que cubren las fijaciones se machacan con la goma, pero debería quedarse fijo y el montaje es relativamente rápido con la instrucciones.
