He comprado una baca cruz evo rack, despues de hacer un pedido de 450€ lo minimo que se puede hacer es revisarlo y comunicar al cliente que no ha añadido los soportes para el rodillo de carga h asi evitarle un segundo pedido con los correspondientes gastos de envio adicionales.

Buenas tardes Cristian,
Sentimos mucho que se haya equivocado y se le olvidara comprar el soporte de rulo, desafortunadamente nosotros no podemos comprobar cada pedido que recibimos y además aunque pudiéramos hacerlo, hay mucha gente que necesita una cosa u otra, es decir usted puede necesitar un rulo y no el soporte de rulo porque ya lo tiene de otra baca. Con lo que nosotros mandamos lo que cada cliente pide.
Le pedimos disculpas por todas las molestias ocasionadas.
