Todavía no he recibido mi pedido, realizado hace 10 días. La empresa Gls no me lo entrega, la excusa es que por el black friday, festivos ect se ha retrasado. Pero según gls
Y negrillo tengo que estar tranquilo porque mi pedido está en la central de Madrid, efectivamente está en la central de Gls desde el día 4 . A qué me sirve a mi que el pedido esté en la central de Madrid de gls? Empresa correcta cuando no hay problema pero incapaz de actuar frente a un problema y dar una solución rápida y eficaz a su cliente.

Pedido realizado el día 04/12 y a día 17/12 no he recibido el pedido. Mejor no llamar porque se ofenden, cosa curiosa, cuando el ofendido debo ser yo por no recibir el pedido en los tiempo indicados en su página. Sobre las reseñas pues parece que las malas consiguen eliminarlas, así tengo yo un 4,9. Servicio post venta inexistente.

Pedido realizado el día 04/12, hoy día 18/12 no he recibido mi pedido. He llamado en varias ocasiones, pero no sirve para nada porque no aportan ningún solución, todo lo contrario la señora se ofende, y me dice que tengo que esperar que contando con festivos días laborales y ect mi pedido solo lleva 96 horas fuera de su almacén. 18-4= 14 dias. Experiencia negativa y servicio post venta inexistente.

Calidad precio los mejores , en cuanto a calidad de atención al cliente buena pero en mi caso me olvidé en el pedido de poner los cierres de seguridad y no an tenido el detalle de mandarme sin cobrarme el porte . Compre porta bicicletas más barras de techo . Es poco el porte pero creo que al comprar esos accesorios lo mínimo era enviarlo sin coste de transporte. ( es mi opinión)
