Buenas tardes,
He estado viendo las conversaciones que ha tenido con nuestros compañeros por varios medios y he de explicar lo ocurrido:
Usted rompe unas tapas que le llegan y nos exige que se las mandemos gratis, además incluso nos indica la manera de hacerlo. No siendo un defecto de fábrica ni garantía, de buena fe, nosotros pasamos la consulta a fábrica y al no ser posible lo que pedía, decidimos darle el contacto del fabricante para ver si escribiendo usted se las podrían mandar (una vez más actuando de buena fe).
Si usted quiere unas tapas nuevas, no hay problema en pedirlas como le hemos dicho varias veces, pero claro, debe pagarlas porque, insisto de nuevo, las rompió usted y no es ningún defecto de fábrica.
Sentimos mucho no poder darle las tapas gratis, lo hemos intentado aunque usted no lo crea y le pedimos disculpas si no nos hemos expresado de una manera que nos hubiera podido entender, lamentamos que se haya tomado esto como un ataque, de hecho, ha sido todo lo contrario.

Los tornillos no se ajustaban. El peor servicio de atención al cliente q he visto, nada humildes y no aportan soluciones.
Les pedí unas tapas de plástico y me pasaron con el vendedor que tiene tienda directa en eBay.
Las tapas las pedí como consecuencia de que comenzó a llover lo tuve que tapar hasta que compré unos tornillos nuevos

De los peores servicios de atención al cliente que he visto.
Merece la pena contactar con su proveedor y comprarlo directo (solo hay que hacer una búsqueda con leens)
Solicité una tapas de plástico de repuesto que tuve que retirar ya que me proporcionaron unos tornillos que no eran adecuados.
La solución fue que me pusiera en contacto con su proveedor.
Conclusión. No se lo compres a ellos

Correcto. Para que coinciden los agujeros para tornillos hay que presionar el soporte con una mano y meter tornillo con puntas de dedos de otro. Si se tiene dedos gordos... Faltaba una arandela.

Después de dos días no se puede decir mucho...Las barras están curvadas (mirando de izquierda a derecha) que no especialmente va funcionar bien al transportar cosas planas y anchas. Se les oye a partir de 60km/h. Embellecedores de plástico que cubren los soportes no llegan al techo de coche. Supuestamente por esto estan silbando. El resto correcto.
