Descontento. Recientemente, hace sólo 2 dias, he adquirido el cofre de techo menabo marathon 320s y las barras de techo menabo, casi 300 euros, y todo ha ido bien hasta que les comunicas un problema, uno de los agarres en u ha venido con la rosca mal, y no entra ninguna de las dos tuercas que lleva. Me he puesto en contacto con ellos para solucionar el problema y la sorpresa ha sido la cantidad de datos que me piden para ni siquiera haberme dicho que lo iban a solucionar, hablamos de que tengo cuenta de cliente con todos mis datos, he aportado nombre completo y número de pedido en el escrito y me piden fotos no solo del material defectuoso que ya las he mandado, si o también de etiqueta interior de producto, pack completo y todo esto sin tener en cuenta que este hecho hace que tenga que cancelar un viaje debido a que no puedo montar el cofre. Se trata de una varilla de métrica 6 y dos tuercas, 1.90 me ha costado en una ferretería cualquiera y encima ellos me han hecho la forma. Muy deficiente. Te gastas casi 300 euros y te tratan como si les estuvieras engañando. Mi recomendación es no comprar aquí, de que sirve velocidad y buen trato si hay un problema y no lo solucionan???

La tienda y el envio de 10.
Precios competitivos y envios muy rapidos. Hice el pedido por la tarde y al dia siguiente por la mañana lo tenia en casa.
