Todo perfecto hasta que al ir a poner mi portabicis, los adaptadores que tenía no valian, les hice la consulta de que necesitaba para poder colocar el modelo concreto de Portabicisa a las barras recién comprada a ellos. Todo ello con la idea de comprárselo a ellos. Pues bien, la respuesta de la persona que atiende al WhatsApp fue la siguiente "escriba a thule y que le den las referencias, la mayoría de la gente lo compra de segunda mano y nos hacen responsables de sus compras".

Gracias. Ya se donde no debo volver a comprar

Buenas tardes
Sentimos que se sienta ofendido pero hemos de aclarar:
Usted nos compra unas barras hace dos meses, se las enviamos y todo correcto. Tras estos dos meses compra un portabicis de segunda mano y como le vendimos las barras hace dos meses exige que nosotros le asesoremos de un portabicis que ha comprado a otra persona. Nosotros tenemos asesoramiento técnico y servicio post venta para nuestros productos no para los que ha comprado en otro sitio, ya que no podemos asegurar que una pieza le valga para un producto que no es nuestro y tener que ser los responsables de la incompatibilidad del mismo, por eso le decíamos que le pedimos las piezas que sean necesarias, pero que es el fabricante el que le debe decir exactamente las que necesita.

Excelente calidad. Fácil de montar. Queda como una roca. Puedes despreocuparte sea cual sea la velocidad. La goma protectora superior no se va con el viento, como me ha pasado con otras, incluso originales de marca alemana premium. De lo mejorcito que he visto.
