El pedido fué enviado en el plazo estipulado sin problema. Lo único es que no me sirvió para usarlo en unas barras que tenía, pero eso no es problema del vendedor. Todo correcto por su parte. No lo devolví por si me más adelante compro las barras que sí sirven para ese soporte.1

Todo bien hasta que hay problemas entonces se lavan las manos. Compré un portabicis Menabo que no se ajusta bien a mi bola y se descuelga. Lo notifico y me piden un video para el fabricante!! (cuando la responsabilidad por la venta es de ellos según la normativa) que hago no solo uno sino tres. No contentos me piden nuevo video y se excusan diciendo que ajusto incorrectamente el portabicis (cosa totalmente falsa). Me cuelgan el teléfono cuando hablaba sobre el tema con ellos (muy educados) y en un correo electrónico posterior me dicen que ya ha pasado el periodo de devolución de 14 días. En fin. Es en estas situaciones cuando ves la calidad del servicio y si la empresa detrás de la web seria o no. No recomendables en absoluto.

Buenos dias
Le pedimos disculpas por su insatisfacción, al hacer una compra online lo mas rápido y eficaz es pedir un video de lo que ocurre ante cualquier incidencia. En su caso se lo pedimos, y efectivamente mandó varios videos pero sin seguir nuestras indicaciones. Ya que no nos hizo caso, le pedimos de nuevo el vídeo y ya es cuando se enfadó y decidió no colaborar, a lo que le respondimos que si no quería colaborar, que no teniamos incoveniente en mirarlo en la tienda física. Toda garantía tiene un procedimiento y ese procedimiento hay que seguirlo para dar un servicio ágil al cliente.
