Muy buen viaje de 1000 km y no he notado nada especial en el coche. Mucho mejor que un baúl en el techo. Lo único que como soy muy exagerado le puse más cinchas para evitar que se descolgara.

Servicio malísimo ante defectos de productos. Muchas excusas, "justificaciones", demoras e impedimentos, evitando compensar al cliente.

Por si fuera poco, me piden que gestione totalmente el envío de otro producto que me vendieron y sobra en el kit que tienen preparado.

Creo que falta mucha seriedad, esto no me pasaba desde hace años. Los evitaría, porque como tengas problemas, seguramente te toque pagarlos a ti.

Edito respondiendo a la respuesta:
Deberían aceptar las críticas veraces con humildad.
Evidentemente, no rompí nada (vinieron los tubos de metal aplastados, y para hacer eso hace falta una fuerza descomunal). Si no lo arreglé yo fue porque 1) Si lo rayaba en el proceso, no me cubrís garantía. 2) No soy carpintero metálico, me costaría horas de trabajo, o pagar a un profesional–¡y eso no es mi responsabilidad, sino la de ustedes o la del fabricante!
¿Y cómo os voy a enviar el producto si tengo que poner más de 50 euros de mi bolsillo para hacerlo, y sin garantía alguna de que me solucionéis el problema?

Repito, humildad. Acusar así infundadamente ya es reirse del cliente.

La garantía es para productos que son defectuosos no para los que uno mismo ha roto, además usted no lo quería arreglar sino que quería que le diéramos dinero. Todas las garantías se atienden estrictamente, lo que no hacemos compensar económicamente por cuestiones ajenas a nosotros.

De vacaciones durante 3 semanas, he alquilado 5 habitaciones en hoteles diferentes. En ningún hotel tienen un frigorífico a disposición en la habitación. Si por lo que sea compras fruta queso ,agua, y no tienes un frigorífico para mantener fresco todo esto en la habitación del hotel, pues todo se estropea... He comprado está nevera que tiene un compresor y me mantiene en la habitación o en el coche todo fresco durante todo el día.
Lo que no he podido configurar con mi teléfono es el bluetooth? que tiene la nevera, pero no es necesario.
