Llamamos antes para preguntar si nos llegaría en dos días a Madrid y nos comentaron que no nos lo podían asegurar pero que aún estabamos en tiempo para que saliese el producto de sus almacenes si hacíamos la compra en ese momento. Así fue y nos llegó en los dos días a Madrid y lo hemos podido aprovechar para nuestra primera semana de vacaciones. Muchas gracias!

En las condiciones generales dicen que hacen envíos todos los días. Sí, pero lo dicen de forma ambigua dando a entender que tu pedido saldrá al día siguiente. FALSO!!
Hice un pedido un día, al día siguiente ponía procesando, al siguiente de ese ponía pendiente de preparación. Llamo y me dice una señorita que si pone eso es que sale ese mismo día y que sus pedidos salen por las tardes (TODO MENTIRAS, QUERÍA QUITARSE EL MARRÓN DE ENCIMA).
Al día siguiente, el día 4 desde el pedido, por fin lo envían.
3 días después me llega un mensaje de que está en reparto con GLS. Ni se acercaron a entregarlo.
LO POSPUSIERON OTRO DÍA MÁS PORQUE NO LES DIÓ LA GANA ENTREGARLO EL DÍA PREVISTO.
RESULTADO: 8 DÍAS PARA RECIBIR ARTÍCULO EN STOCK NO VOLUMINOSO Y CON MENTIRAS CONSTANTES POR PARTE DE NEGRILLO.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡OJOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!
