Actualizo: Al contrario de lo que pone el vendedor el cofre era imposible de montar, nunca ofrecieron ayuda salvo la devolución con los costes indicando que la equivocacion habia sido exclusivamente mia. El cofre lo vendí en Wallapop, perdí dinero pero menos que usando el servicio posventa. Y no mis valoraciones no aparecen en la página, las han eliminado, posiblemente como otras.
Tras asesorarme en el servicio de atención al cliente sobre el mejor conjunto barras + cofre para mi coche resultó que las barras iban bien pero el cofre no valía. Negrillo.es no dio alternativa y se negó a que pudiera devolver el producto sin pagar los costes de envío de una agencia que además tenía que buscar yo por mi cuenta. Prepotencia en el servcio postcompra. No compréis!!! Hay más y mejores páginas!!!
Ojo en su página no se encontrarán reseñas negativas a pesar de no contar con todas las estrellas, las eliminan ipsofacto

Buenas tardes,
Sentimos lo ocurrido, pero hemos de decir que:
Usted pidió unas barras y un cofre, quería devolver el cofre no dando ninguna opción a ayudarle con el montaje, ya que si se podía montar. Para hacer una devolución del producto debe hacerlo pagando usted el transporte como indican las condiciones de compra que aceptó al hacer el pedido, a lo cual usted se negó. Con lo que imaginamos que tiene el cofre puesto y le deseamos que lo disfrute al máximo. Decir también que las reseñas de la web las gestiona una empresa externa a nosotros para que sea transparente y veraz, aunque usted piense lo contrario.
