Compré un kit completo de baca para un Renault Espace y una de las barras llegó con un golpe. Les comenté que me iba de viaje para intentar que me llegara a tiempo la barra bien y estuvieron más preocupados de que estuviera en casa para que no les cobraran los gastos de la mensajería que en solucionar el problema. Atención al cliente 0.

Buenas tardes
Efectivamente le llego una barra rozada por la agencia, y le indicamos que recogiamos y mandabamos otra, a lo que usted se negó, quería que le dieramos dinero y de esa forma se la quedaba, y esto no podemos hacerlo ya que hay que dar parte al seguro.
Finalmente la recogimos y le devolvimos su dinero.
Le pedimos disculpas por todo lo ocurrido, trabajamos a diario para que lleguen todos los paquetes intactos y así que los clientes queden satisfechos. Pondremos una reclamación en la agencia de su localidad.
Insisntimos en pedirle disculpas.
