Nefasto, pido en la tienda unos anclajes y 2 barras portaskits, y me retrasan el tiempo de entrega

Buenas tardes

A continuación, aclaramos cómo se gestionó el pedido. Al realizar tu compra se informaba claramente de un plazo de entrega estimado de 24/48 horas aprox, siempre aproximado y no exacto, ya que dependemos de las agencias de transporte y en ocasiones hay imprevistos que están fuera de nuestro alcance.

El envío constaba de dos bultos. Uno de ellos llegó a destino en 24 horas, pero no pudo ser entregado porque la agencia no realiza entregas de paquetes sueltos y debía entregarse junto con el segundo bulto. El segundo bulto quedó retenido en una central de la agencia por una incidencia ajena a nosotros.

En ningún momento dejamos de enviar el material: todo el pedido fue enviado correctamente y dentro del plazo indicado. A las 48 horas del envío, aún dentro del plazo estimado, nos escribiste para solicitar información. Para evitar más inconvenientes, solicitamos la devolución de la mercancía y se ha realizado el reembolso íntegro, que ya ha sido gestionado.

Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas y agradecemos tu comentario.

Llegó en plazo y todo correcto. Un poco estresante la llegada del los paquetes, pues la empresa de paqueteria me indica, en un primer momento, que no pueden dejar los paquetes en destino pues no entran en el buzón. Intento ponerme en contacto con la empresa y en ese impás me avisan de casa que los paquetes han llegado.
