Me llegó roto y despues de llamar y mandar fotos del martillo por correo electrónico ya pasó mas de una semana sigo esperando por el cambio...mercancía sin comprobar su estado antes de salir o transporte descuidado... servicio muy lento para el cambio ...muy descontento

Sentimos mucho que haya llegado roto, eso no es para nada habitual en nuestros productos.
La demora en que tengas el cambio ha sido debida al puente, en el que no hicimos envíos, por lo que hasta ayer lunes no pudimos enviarte uno nuevo.

Me llegó una de las cosas y estaba roto ...creo o mandaron sin comprobar el estado del producto o no tienen cuidado con el transporte y ya va una semana que lo recibí y llame y mande un correo con las fotos del producto roto y aún no me llegado el cambio. En ese caso sevicio lentisimo

Hola José Alberto, como te hemos comentado en tu review del producto el cambio se ha retrasado porque dimos puente a los trabajadores de almacén y hasta el lunes no pudimos enviar uno nuevo. Nosotros siempre revisamos los productos y los envíamos lo mejor posible. Se habrá roto durante el trayecto y por eso te enviamos uno sin coste alguno. Ya reclamaremos por nuestra cuenta a la agencia de transporte sobretodo para que no vuelva a pasar.
