Hola, siento mucho el retraso en la entrega
Aunque el envío no depende directamente de mi, ya que Herbalife envía de manera exclusiva con Sending, en caso de incidencia hago todo lo que esté en mi mano para que se solucionen lo antes posible. Por eso recomiendo que si se cumple el plazo de entrega me lo comuniquen lo antes posible para reclamarlo cuanto antes y resolver la incidencia con la mayor celeridad.

Como sabe, el reparto no depende directamente de mí ya que Herbalife envía exclusivamente con Sending. Pero en el mismo momento en que una incidencia me es comunicada hago todo lo que está en mi mano para solucionarlo con la mayor celeridad posible.
