Ha tardado un poco en llegar, pero ha llegado en perfecto estado. Por otro lado, la cajonera creo que la pedí bicolor y me ha llegado todo en blanco. Por lo demás, la calidad es muy buena y el servicio impecable.

El peor proveedor con el que he trabajado.
No responde.
No es capaz de facilitar fechas de entrega.
No es capaz de enviar link de seguimiento del producto una vez sale de fábrica.
Más de 1 mes de retraso en la fabricación.
No se hacen responsables.
Envían la mesa sin herrajes.
Reclamas los herrajes urgentemente y te dan largas.
No tienen ni idea de cómo tratar a los clientes.
No compréis en Ofitipo, no son nada profesionales.

En primer lugar, lamentamos el retraso que se produjo en la entrega de vuestro pedido.
Al haberse producido el mismo por problemas en la fabricación no podíamos adelantar la entrega y por ello se os hizo un reembolso de 200€.
Respecto a la falta de herrajes para el montaje del ala de mesa una vez nos informasteis los recibisteis en dos días.

Entendemos que no estéis contentos por nuestra atención y os pedimos disculpas.

Hice un pedido hace dos meses de dos productos; la mesa de despacho eslem en L en negra y la silla de despacho dublín. He decir que estoy encantada con la calidad que ofrece este sitio, la mesa ha quedado perfecta y la silla me parece confortable y tiene un tamaño adecuado. Conocí ofitipo por recomendación y lo recomendaría sin lugar a duda. En mi caso contraté a un montador de la zona y en nada la tuve lista para su uso. El chico fue muy amable y me ayudó en todo momento.

Muchas gracias Nuria, aunque el tiempo de entrega en la mesa Eslem es de 45 días compensa luego por su calidad y diseño, nos alegra que el montaje haya sido rápido, igualmente de la silla de despacho pudiste disfrutar mucho antes al entregarse en menos de una semana.
