A pesar de que se indica un alto de colchón especial, llegó una sábana que no vale para el mismo; posteriormente se cambia por otra con más altura pero que sigue siendo un poco justa. En elguna zona no está bien cosido el pequeño dobladillo del borde, sino que están los hilos sueltos sin rematar el final.

La atención al cliente ha sido buena, ya que el pedido vino equivocado y ese mismo día me dijeron que me hacían el cambio por el correcto, pero la entrega dejó mucho que desear, ya que la empresa se presenta sin contactar antes.... no trae el pedido nuevo sino que solo recoge el erróneo y al día siguiente hay que volver a estar pendiente para la entrega del definitivo......

Sentimos muchisimo lo sucedido con la agencia. Nos lo notificaron de inmediato y al dia siguiente fueron a entrgar la mercancia con el fin de rectificar el error.

Sentimos muchísimo el retraso en la entrega de tu pedido. Como te indicamos, hubo un retraso por parte del fabricante en los plazos de entrega que pudimos adelantar enviandote el mismo producto pero con un acolchado fino.

La experiencia mi compra ha sido positiva, lo único que me gustaría destacar es que tanto la colcha que adquiri como una de las fundas de cojin (compré 3 en total) venían con manchas, sobre todo, la colcha.
