Lo único que veo que las devoluciones tardan mucho cuando hay en tienda debería venir igual que cuando haces el pedido en 48 horas ... No de 10 a 15 días si hace falta lo que pides lo veo que yarda mucho por lo demás bien

El artículo que Usted ordenó es de confeccion especial bajo pedido , según indicamos en nuestras condiciones de venta. Al realizar el cambio del artículo por otro mismo del brazo contrario éste se tiene que volver a fabricar. Es por ello la demora causada en el cambio.

Hubo un fallo al enviarme las sábanas, ya que mi pedido era de 2 fundas de almohada y me enviaron las sabanas que llevan una sola funda de almohada.
Con lo que hemos tenido que dividirla en dos.
Espero que en el próximo pedido no vuelva a pasar.

La verdad que cuidado con lo que compráis en la tienda revisarlo porque yo no lo he abierto hasta pasado dos meses y cuándo lo abro veo que tiene una falla la sábana bajera de matrimonio así que ojo... porque me dicen qué no me lo cambian.... así de fácil.. y otra cosa los colores que ponen tan fuertes y bonitos están retocados la mía no tiene comparación y no sé ve muy buena calidad... Pero en la de los niños la de estrellas sí que me gusta aunque la bajera cambió un poco de color pero se ve con más cuerpo que la de matrimonio. Por eso les doy una estrella viendo mi caso que no las he usado, ahora me quedo con una tara en todo el medio de la bajera que con el tiempo terminará en un agujero.
